The team at Stoney Brooke exceeded my expectations. At the end of 2023 they helped me with a complete gut and remodel of my finished basement. I wanted to have some custom features built and at the end they turned out exactly how I had hoped for them to. Chris the owner was very responsive and available to me the entire project. My project manager Steve checked in everyday with me, any subs, etc. I was provided detailed plans for the entire process, the timing, etc. I have used other contractors in the past and honestly I got exactly what I paid for and this experience was the exact opposite of those. I couldn’t be more satisfied and plan to use Stoney Brooke for a bathroom remodel in the future.

On our second project, Chris and Steve helped us take our basement Gym desing into reality. They took the complex ceiling line and found inventive ways to incorporate all into a professional space. The barn doors covering the power panels gives us room to adjust the panels without carving up a wall for an future work. The Cabinetry and counters are first rate with dove tailed corners and soft touch closing. When we had unique design adds like floor heaters to counteract the AC in the summer and help out some in the winter, the team got the rignt sizes to make it all work. They even incorporated our ceiling fan and speakers. Everyone who has seen the space loves it and want to take portions of the design back to their state to mimic it. Chris and Stever worked through hiccups encountered along the way and even supported a last minute shower add.

Chris, JD and the team did a wonderful job from start to finish. They added a functional front porch with hidden handicapped ramp and heaters. From the architectural drawings, through the work by all the subcontractors, all were thorough and were innovative. We looked at multiple General Contractors and Chris was the only one who saw our concept and ideas and brought them to life! The final product was nearly identical to the design work and all the labor was top notch. Neighbors remarked how they knew some of the subcontractors and all were solid. JD kept a lid on things and ensured all efforts occurred when promised. They were extremely easy to work with and resolved issues quickly. Everyone in the neighborhood is amazed by the outcome. Even though some items were unusual like a handicapped ramp and outdoor heaters, Chris and his team ensured all looked professional and unforeseen issues that arose were fixed immediately and appropriately. Caryn and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Stoney Brooke returned my call quickly and set up an appointment to visit our property. Measurements were taken and we walked through our ideas. Before they left a drawing of what the new addition would look like. Once begun the project was completed in 3 months renovating the master closet and bathroom and building an addition over the garage adding 875 sq ft to our house. All the new spaces are beautiful and we love them! Contractors and owners were careful, considerate, diligent and prompt working long hours to complete the project and protect the rest of the home while construction was in progress.

Impressed and Grateful! Stoney Brooke remodeled our kitchen and we can’t say enough about how great working with them was. Scott and his team were awesome and did an amazing job. From initial quote he guided us to help maintain our budget and select the best design and materials. They communicated every step of the way and helped us understand the process, they were never anything but professional when we had questions. Their care was evident from the beginning, their work is excellent, and we are ecstatic with the results of our project!

Chris and Team were an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. From start to finish, this project went as planned. I have been following Stoney Brooke HRD for many years and when my husband and I finally decided, after 16 years, to tear out the master bath and finally have what we always envisioned, my one and only call was to Stoney Brooke HRD. Chris provided an outline of how things begin and the timeline for our remodel. We missed goal by only one-week but that was due to no fault of anyone involved. We recently had our basement finished (and a couple of other small main floor projects) and it is everything we hoped for and more! Chris has everything spelled out to the last detail. He has his business running like a well-oiled machine. You know exactly what you are getting. His project manager, JD, is fantastic! He pays attention to every detail. Do not be afraid to ask questions. This was our first major home renovation experience and we had lots of questions and they were always answered quickly and professionally. This process could not have gone any smoother! All of the items used are of excellent quality. You get a lot of bang for your buck. Also a big plus, they have in-house financing. Super simple and easy process! It is how we financed our basement. If you need any remodeling or renovations done, this company needs to be #1 on your list.

From our first meeting with owner/president Scott Saur, through project completion we felt that our ideas, our wants, and our needs were given the highest priority. The various trades worked seamlessly, not only to the credit of the professional tradespeople engaged, but as a result of Scott's attention to detail and coordination. We were consulted, advised, and apprised on a daily basis by Scott. Nothing slipped through the cracks, and the inevitable minor problems that crop up in a major remodeling were resolved very efficiently. I am very happy with the experience of having “StoneyBrooke Home Renovations and Design” and its owner, Chris Steach, taking care of my basement renovation project. They not only helped develop a floor plan to use our available space efficiently, but crafted a wet bar, an entertainment center, installed flooring, and built a half bath and updated all the electrical wiring and switches…not to mention they helped me to choose a color scheme.
